Is car insurance included in the rental contract ?

All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, giving customers the best possible cover.

How much deposit do I have to pay ?

Advance payments vary between one and three months, depending on the customer. Our services are generally reserved for companies.

Who do I contact if the vehicle needs to be inspected or repaired ?

Our renowned maintenance and service partners are always ready to help.

As part of our fleet management programme, we organise the collection and servicing of our customers' vehicles.

Do I have to collect my car or will it be delivered to my home ?

The delivery of your vehicle is a complementary service to your package.

The vehicle you have chosen will be delivered to your home or business, in accordance with your request.

Can I increase my mileage ?

Each package has a fixed mileage limit.

However, if your mileage requirements change, simply contact us and we'll make the necessary adjustment, which will also affect your monthly payment.

What happens if I exceed the agreed mileage ?

An additional mileage charge will be applied for each kilometre used in excess of the limit agreed in your contract.

Is breakdown assistance included ?

All our vehicles come with a breakdown guarantee.

In the event of a breakdown or incident, all you have to do is contact us.

Can I terminate the lease early ?

Yes, you can do this, but it will incur early termination charges.

What happens at the end of the lease ?

The delivery of your vehicle is a complementary service to your package.

The vehicle you have chosen will be delivered to your home or business, in accordance with your request.

Do I have to remove my company brand/logos from the vehicle before returning it ?

Yes, the logos must be professionally removed using the thermal method for a clean and neat removal, rather than with a sharp object that could damage the paint.

You will be charged if logos are not removed prior to return.
